Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Recipe
A kid-friendly recipe for tender shredded chicken with your choice of sauces for flavor.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ¼ to ½ cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
Place the chicken, celery, onion, and stock in a slow cooker.

Set to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the chicken and stock from the slow cooker, and reserve the stock.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Add the hot sauce and ½ cup of the reserved stock.
¼ to ½ cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
Cook for another 30 minutes and serve.
