Place the chicken, celery, onion, and stock in a slow cooker.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 celery stalk, 1 onion, 1 cup chicken stock, 2 cloves garlic
Set to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the chicken and stock from the slow cooker, and reserve the stock.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Add the hot sauce and ½ cup of the reserved stock.
¼ to ½ cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
Cook for another 30 minutes and serve.
