Smoked Salmon Omelet

- ½ cup smoked salmon flaked
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
- 3 eggs

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the fresh dill and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over a medium heat, add 1 tablespoon cooking fat and pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
