  • Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  • Remove the skin from the plantains with a knife and slice them thinly.
    2 green plantains
  • Mix the plantain slices in a bowl with the melted coconut oil, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste.
    2 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon cumin, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, Sea salt to taste
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven to cook for about 15 minutes, turning them after 8 minutes. Make sure that you keep an eye on them near the end as they can burn rapidly.
