Ingredients

  • 2 cans 12 oz tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 teaspoon homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon pickle relish naturally fermented
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Simply mix and combine everything together in a bowl, adjusting the texture and taste with more or less mustard and mayonnaise. Season with black pepper only, the canned tuna being salted already.
    2 cans, 3 teaspoon homemade mayonnaise, 2 teaspoon pickle relish, 2 teaspoon mustard, 2 celery stalks, ½ cup onion, Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • And then you're ready to serve!
