Ingredients

  • 1 small Boston lettuce chopped
  • 2 red apples cored and sliced
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 orange segmented and segments cut in half
  • ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice with the mayonnaise and seasoning to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste;
    ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon lemon juice, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Combine the lettuce, apples, orange and tuna in a bowl and mix in the dressing.
    1 small Boston lettuce, 2 red apples, 1 orange, 2 cans tuna
  • Serve garnished with chopped walnuts.
