Tuna Salad with Apple and Orange

- 1 small Boston lettuce chopped
- 2 red apples cored and sliced
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 orange segmented and segments cut in half
- ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise

Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice with the mayonnaise and seasoning to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste;
