- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the balsamic vinaigrette; season to taste generously, and whisk until well emulsified. - ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 garlic clove, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 
- In a salad bowl, add the mixed greens, turkey, mushrooms, and cranberries. - 6 cups mixed greens, 2 cups turkey, 1 cup mushrooms, ⅓ cup dried cranberries 
- Pour the vinaigrette over the greens, and mix everything until well coated.
