  • Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion in some cooking fat until soft. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs together and combine with the cooked onions, grated zucchinis, green onions and fresh chives. Season again to taste.

  • Grease the interior of a baking dish with cooking fat and pour the egg mixture in.
  • Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until the edges are nice and brown and the center in no longer runny.
