Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder; then, season to taste.

Thread the cubed chicken, bell pepper, and onion; alternate them on the skewers.
3 to 4 chicken breasts, 2 bell peppers, 1 onion, Wood or metal skewers
Brush the skewers with the Tex-Mex seasoning generously on all sides.
Grill the kabobs on the preheated grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every few minutes until the chicken is no longer pink and cooked through.
Serve with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
