- In a bowl, combine all of the spices and mix well. - 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, ½ tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. dried oregano, Sea salt 
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the shrimp and coat the shrimp in the spices. - 1 lb. shrimp 
- In a large frying pan, melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat, then fry the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-5 minutes. - 2 tbsp. coconut oil 
- Add lemon juice and parsley. - Juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley 
- Serve with extra lemon wedges.
