In a bowl, combine all of the spices and mix well.
1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, ½ tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. dried oregano, Sea salt
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the shrimp and coat the shrimp in the spices.
1 lb. shrimp
In a large frying pan, melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat, then fry the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-5 minutes.
2 tbsp. coconut oil
Add lemon juice and parsley.
Juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
Serve with extra lemon wedges.
