Balsamic Steak And Mushroom Skewers Recipe
Labor day has come and gone, but that doesn't mean you have to put up the grill yet! These skewers go really well with all your favorite seasonal sides.

Season the steak chunks to taste with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
2 lbs. rib-eye steak, Sea salt and fresh black pepper
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and fresh thyme.
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil, ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
Add the steak and mushrooms to the bowl and gently mix until well-coated.

Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
Thread the beef and mushrooms alternately onto skewers.
Wood or metal skewers
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping every 2 to 3 minutes.
