Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Season to taste, and whisk until well emulsified.
    ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp. fresh orange juice, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. orange zest, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • In a big salad bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad.
    8 cups mixed greens, 1 avocado, 6 fresh figs, 2 tbsp. pine nuts, 4 clementines, ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Drizzle the citrus dressing on top, and toss gently until the salad is well-coated.
  • Sprinkle some almond cheese on top before serving. (optional)
