Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the taco seasoning.
    1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. paprika, ¼ tsp. garlic powder, ¼ tsp. onion powder, ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp. dried oregano, 1½ tsp. ground cumin, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
    1-2 tbsp. taco seasoning
  • Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and lay the onion and bell pepper on top.
    2 bell peppers, 1 red onion
  • Return the dish to the oven and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve with guacamole or your favorite salsa.
