In a bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 to 6 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pour the marinade over the shrimp in a marinating container (glass or plastic; no metal) and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
10 to 12 shrimp
Bring the steak to near room temperature and season to taste.
2 X 3 oz. beef tenderloin steaks
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Melt some cooking fat in the skillet; add some fresh rosemary sprigs and garlic cloves.

Cook the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, basting with the melted fat from the bottom of the pan.
Remove the steaks and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
Cook the shrimp in the same skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Serve the steaks with shrimp and a nice salad.
