  • Preheat your oven to 375F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, herbs, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
    2 cups almond flour, ¼ cup fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
    2 large eggs
  • Slowly pour the egg mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir constantly until a dough is formed.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Place the dough onto a well-greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly golden.
