Herb Scones Recipe
Prepared with almond flour and fresh herbs, these herb scones are especially delicious and great to absorb every last bit of liquid in your plate.

Preheat your oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, herbs, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
2 cups almond flour, ¼ cup fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir constantly until a dough is formed.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Place the dough onto a well-greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly golden.
