Bean-Less Texas Style Chili
A tasty bean-less Texas style chili is the perfect solution to your paleo meal plan! Loaded with rich beef and pork sausage alongside tomatoes and a perfect of spices!

In a large pot, cook the ground beef, sausage meat, onions and garlic over a medium heat while stirring consistently until the meat is browned.
3 lbs ground beef, 1 lb hot pork sausage, 4 cloves garlic, 3 onions
Add the chili powder, oregano, almond meal and season with salt and pepper to taste;
¼ cup chili powder, 1 tablespoon almond meal, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Simmer for 1 hour while stirring frequently.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for another 20 minute
96 oz diced tomatoes;
You may use any combination of ground meats you prefer, all beef, or a mixture of beef and pork. Sausage is not necessary but does add to the flavor.
If not using sausage, you will need to add additional seasoning. I recommend adding 1 tablespoon cumin and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
