- Heat cooking fat in a saucepan over medium heat. - Cooking fat

- Deglaze the saucepan by adding the chicken stock and scraping the bottom. - 2 cups chicken stock 
- Poor in the coconut milk and bring to a boil; then, lower heat to medium-low. - 1 ½ cups coconut milk 
- Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes; serve garnished with crumbled bacon. - 4 bacon slices
