Ingredients

  • 2 medium cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoon cooking fat melted
  • ½ cup homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Cooking fat
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the melted cooking fat, mayonnaise, minced onion, dried dill and dried thyme in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
