Melt the ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
2 tbsp. ghee
Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
2 garlic cloves
Add in the broccoli and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
1 lb. broccoli or broccolini
Add in the mushrooms and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
½ lb. wild mushrooms
Pour in the vegetable stock and scrape the bottom with a wooden spatula, deglazing the pan.
¼ cup vegetable stock
Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chili flakes and toss.
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, Pinch of red chili flakes
Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
