- Season the steak chunks to taste with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. - 2 lbs. rib-eye steak, Sea salt and fresh black pepper 
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and fresh thyme. - ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil, ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh thyme 
- Add the steak and mushrooms to the bowl and gently mix until well-coated. - 16 oz. button mushrooms 
- Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes. 
- Preheat your grill to medium-high. 
- Thread the beef and mushrooms alternately onto skewers. - Wood or metal skewers 
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping every 2 to 3 minutes.
