- In a bowl, combine the chicken, kale, celery, onions, and grapes. - 1 lb. chicken breasts, 1 cup kale, 1 stalk celery, ¼ cup red onion, 1 cup red seedless grapes 
- In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and, lemon juice, and dill. Season to taste, and whisk until well combined. - ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, ½ tbsp. fresh dill, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 
- Drizzle the sauce over the chicken mixture, and toss gently until combined. 
- Refrigerate to chill and serve.
