- In a medium skillet over low heat, melt the chocolate. Stir frequently to prevent the chocolate from burning. Add in the coconut milk and whisk together until blended. - ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or ¼ cup dark chocolate squares, ½ cup coconut milk 
- In a small bowl, mix the hot water with the ground coffee beans. - 1 tablespoon ground coffee beans, ¼ cup boiling water 
- Combine the melted chocolate, coffee mixture, vanilla extract, and flavored extract. - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon flavored extract 
- Pour the mixture into 4 small dessert dishes or two larger ones. Espresso cups are the perfect size to make 4 servings. 
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, or even overnight, to allow them to become firm. Bon appétit!
