Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup Swerve Sweetener or to taste
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger minced
  • 1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo minced
  • Juice and zest 1 lime
  • ¼ cup granulated stevia/erythritol blend or to taste
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ tsp. sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.
    12 oz. fresh cranberries, ½ cup Swerve Sweetener, 1 tsp. fresh ginger, 1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, Juice and zest 1 lime, ¼ cup granulated stevia/erythritol blend, ¾ cup water, ½ tsp. sea salt
  • Bring to a light simmer, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of water at a time.
  • Let the sauce simmer until the cranberries pop and the sauce gets smoother.
