Add all the ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.
12 oz. fresh cranberries, ½ cup Swerve Sweetener, 1 tsp. fresh ginger, 1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, Juice and zest 1 lime, ¼ cup granulated stevia/erythritol blend, ¾ cup water, ½ tsp. sea salt
Bring to a light simmer, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
If the sauce is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of water at a time.
Let the sauce simmer until the cranberries pop and the sauce gets smoother.
