  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Mix all ingredients (except the sliced almonds) in a blender until smooth.
    2 ripe bananas, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. raw honey, 3 to 4 tbsp. dark cocoa powder, ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pour the liquid into two ramekins; top with the sliced almonds.

  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Let the cake rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
