In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the balsamic dressing and season to taste.
¼ cup. extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup. balsamic vinegar, ½ tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a salad bowl, toss together the avocado, shrimp, and red onions.
2 lbs. steamed shrimp, 2 avocados, 2 tbsp. red onion
Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Serve with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
