- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and season to taste. - ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. chili powder, ¼ tsp. cumin powder, ¼ tsp. paprika, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 
- In a large bowl, add the chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno. - 2 cups chicken breast, ¼ cup red onion, ½ cup bell pepper, 1 jalapeno 
- Pour in the mayo dressing and toss gently. 
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise if needed. 
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
