Star Anise And Cinnamon Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe
Traditional store-bought coleslaw is a non-Paleo dish, but you can substitute with this dry, spicy-sweet slaw without giving up any of the flavor.

- Cook and stir the onion until soft and fragrant, about 5 to 6 minutes. - 1 onion

- Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- Add the cabbage and apples; season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. - 1 red cabbage, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 red apples 
- Remove the cinnamon and star anise; serve warm or cold.
