In a large bowl toss the lime juice, cumin, cayenne, and salt with the avocados so they are fully coated.
Juice of 1 lime, ½ tsp. ground cumin, ½ tsp. cayenne pepper, ½ tsp. sea salt, 3 avocados
Use a fork to mash the avocados.
Next add in the tomatoes, onion, and jalapen~o (if using) and mix together well.
2 roma tomatoes, ½ medium onion, ½ jalapeno pepper, Fresh Vegetables
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
