- 8 plum tomatoes, seeded, quartered and sliced thinly
- 1 red onion, quartered and sliced thinly
- 1 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
- ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- â…“ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
How to Make Basil and Tomato Salad
