    Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these salt and pepper wings are perfect for serving as a football appetizer, at a party, or to enjoy as a juicy indulgence! Just because these chicken wings aren't coated in a sauce doesn't mean they won't cover your fingers, so be sure to have plenty of napkins on hand.

    Speaking of sauce, if you want to dip these crispy wings in a condiment, there are plenty of Paleo-friendly options to choose from:

    • Try a homemade BBQ sauce with plenty of flavors and none of the junky ingredients that often come in store-bought sauces.

    • 2 lb. chicken wings
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon sea salt
    • 2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
    • Fresh parsley, minced (to taste)

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
    2. Combine the chicken wings, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
    3. Toss until everything is well covered.
    4. Place the wings in the preheated oven, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    5. Adjust seasoning and serve topped with fresh parsley.
