Whitefish has a light and mild flavor, which allows the pineapple salsa in this recipe to shine.  Cajun-style recipes bring heat and warmth and make you feel like you're in New Orleans, but they won’t distract from the fruity, sweet pineapple salsa.

    Cajun Fish With Pineapple Salsa

White fish cooks quickly, so this recipe makes for a quick and tasty grilling dish. A fruit salad or salsa can bring a fresh, cooling bite to an otherwise spicy dish!

After combining the ingredients for the pineapple salsa, allow the juices and flavors to marinate together while cooling in the refrigerator. Not only is the salsa sweet and cooling, but the pineapple and tomatoes add vibrant colors and flavors to this delicious dish.
