Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. chipotle powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ cup raw honey (optional)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce (optional)
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the chipotle powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 to 6 minutes.
- If using, combine the buffalo sauce and honey in a bowl.
- Brush the wings with the buffalo-honey mixture and cook another 5 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
