    Simple Fruit Salad

The simplicity of a fruit salad—combining the raw goodness of fruits—aligns perfectly with the paleo philosophy of eating foods in their most natural state.

    Beyond the basic preparation of fruit salads, consider pairing them with various foods to enhance their appeal and nutritional value. For a protein-rich breakfast or snack, serve your fruit salad over a bowl of Homemade Yogurt or cottage cheese. Add a crunchy dimension to your fruit salad by sprinkling Crunchy Granola on top.     Ingredients

    Serves: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes

    • ½ lb seedless grapes, cut in half
    • 4 cups strawberries, cut into bite sized pieces
    • 1 cantaloupe, seeded and cut into bite sized pieces
    • 1 pineapple, rind and core removed and cut into bite sized pieces
    • 2 bananas, sliced
    • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 3 kiwis, sliced
    • 1 pinch fresh mint leaves to garnish

    Simply combine everything together in a bowl, chill and serve.
