    Tuna Salad with Apple and Orange

    Ingredients

    Serves: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes

    • 1 small Boston lettuce, chopped
    • 2 red apples, cored and sliced
    • 2 cans tuna
    • 1 orange, segmented and segments cut in half
    • ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise
    • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
    • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    How to Make Tuna Salad with Apple and Orange

    Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice with the mayonnaise and seasoning to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste;

    Combine the lettuce, apples, orange and tuna in a bowl and mix in the dressing.

    Serve garnished with chopped walnuts.
