- 1 ½ lbs. green beans, ends trimmed
- 4 to 6 bacon slices, partially cooked
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Bring a saucepan of water to a light boil over medium-high heat.
- Add green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain and place the beans in a bowl of iced water.
- In a large bowl, mix the green beans, olive oil, garlic, onion, and season to taste.
- Slice the bacon strips in half and wrap small batches of green beans.
- Place the wrapped green beans on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
