Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, garlic, onion, and cayenne; season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Pat dry the chicken legs and season generously with the spice rub on all sides.
- Let the drumsticks marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill.
- Grill 25 to 30 minutes covered, turning every 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
