    Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

    Enticing, zesty, and subtly sweet, honey mustard vinaigrette has risen through the culinary ranks, gracing everything from basic green salads to gourmet tastes. Its storied history can be traced back to the blending traditions of ancient cultures, where the combination of tangy mustard and sweet honey was revered. Today, it remains as popular as ever, with fans praising its ability to bring out the best in a range of dishes.

    While honey mustard vinaigrette is a natural match for fresh greens, its uses extend far beyond. Use it to marinate Grilled Chicken with Zucchini for a lusciously tender and flavorful result, or as a dip for crispy Sweet Potato Fries.

    Ingredients

    Serves: 12 Prep Time: 5 minutes

    • ½ clove garlic, minced
    • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon or homemade mustard
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

    How to Make Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

    Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil.

    Slowly drizzle the olive oil over while whisking constantly.

    Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
