Paleo Almond Butter Cookies

You are totally ready for 3-ingredient almond butter cookies, trust us, you definitely are! These bites of deliciousness are flourless, processed sugar-less and take less than 20 minutes from start to finish. You can’t even go to the store and find Paleo cookies in that same amount of time, so what are you waiting for? Open that jar of almond butter, spoon out some raw honey and get cracking – just one egg, please. You’ll also be pleased to know that a bowl and spoon are enough utensils to make pure magic happen, you don’t even need to get a mixer dirty!

Almond butter cookies are similar to flourless peanut butter cookies. You know it already that it is best to avoid legumes with a Paleo lifestyle, but sometimes it is hard to put that in practice, especially if you once had a fond affection for creamy (or crunchy) peanut butter. Truly, almond butter is a better alternative, though don’t take our word for it – make a batch of cookies and feel the difference. Almond butter is a wonderful source of vitamin E, potassium, magnesium, and monounsaturated fats.

Paleo Almond Butter Cookies Recipe

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 4 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, and egg.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a baking sheet, repeat until you use all the mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven until golden around the edges, about 10 minutes.
