Seafood Balls
Seafood is a nutrition powerhouse. It's low in saturated fats and high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce the risk of heart disease and lower inflammation. It's also rich in protein, which is crucial for maintaining and repairing the body's tissues. Selenium, a mineral found in seafood, is an antioxidant that protects cells from damage. Vitamin D is essential for bone health and immunity, and certain fish are among the few natural sources. The benefits don't end there – consuming fish has been linked to better brain function and a lower risk of depression and age-related cognitive decline.
So, you've got no reason to ignore these amazing seafood balls.
Seriously, take your paleo seafood balls to the next level by serving them up with a big platter of Grilled Mixed Vegetables or Paprika Brussels Sprouts.
