Spicy Cauliflower with Sesame Seeds
Spicy foods have a universal appeal that goes far beyond taste. For many, they offer a culinary adventure that engages all the senses. But there's more to it than mere enjoyment — spicy foods can stimulate the release of endorphins and may even offer metabolic boosts. Culturally, they play a significant role, too, as they often represent local traditions, celebration, and even challenge. Mixing the health benefits of these spices with the nutritious profile of cauliflower creates a dish that's not only tasty but also beneficial.
