Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter Treats
Dark chocolate and almond butter are two flavors that seem to have been destined for each other. The robust earthiness of dark chocolate, with its slightly bitter notes, finds a perfect complement in the sweet, roasted undertones of almond butter. Together, they create a symphony for the taste buds – an interplay of creaminess and crunch, of sweet and savory, all in one bite.
Of course, these are absolutely perfect little stand-alone treats that you can enjoy all on their own. But if you want to really elevate your experience, serve these delicious dark chocolate and almond butter treats alongside a loaded Paleo Charcuterie Board.

How to Make Dark Chocolate and Almond Butter Treats
Make a double boiler with an aluminium bowl placed over a pot of boiling water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Place the chocolate in the bowl and melt it slowly, stirring constantly.
Once completely melted, paint the interior of 9 small candy molds with a small brush with the dark chocolate.
Place the molds in the freezer for about 10 minutes in order for the chocolate to harden.
In the mean time, mix the almond butter with a pinch of fine sea salt.
