    Greek Lamb Marinade

    A Greek marinated lamb dish is a star deserving of a wondrous supporting cast. Pair it with the creaminess of tzatziki, the starch of Hasselback Potatoes, or the freshness of a Greek Salad to complete a meal brimming with balance.

    Ingredients

    Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 5 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
    • 2 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
    • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
    • Extra-virgin olive oil
    • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    How to Make Greek Lamb Marinade

    Combine all the ingredients with enough olive oil to coat all your meat in a bowl and whisk well together. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
