    Trail Mix

Trail mix ingredients, particularly when mixed thoughtfully, offer an array of essential nutrients. A staple in paleo diets, trail mix can be low-carb, high in healthy fats, packed with protein, or provide a variety of energy and endurance-boosting ingredients.

    Trail mix, with its perfect blend of flavors and textures, can be an excellent companion to various foods and beverages, enhancing your snacking experience.     Ingredients

    Serves: 8 Prep Time: 5 minutes

    • 1 cup raw almonds
    • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
    • ½ cup sunflower seeds
    • 1 cup dried blueberries
    • ½ cup raisins
    • ½ cup dried cranberries
    • ½ cup unsweetened coconut chips

    How to Make Trail Mix

    Simply combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container.
