Pizza and omelettes are two dishes that have captured the hearts of food lovers for centuries. The pizza omelette, though a newer addition to the culinary narrative, is a delightful incarnation that brings a fresh perspective to combining flavors of the world in a single dish.
Pizza Omelet
While the debate will likely rage on between pizza and pizza omelettes purists, there's no denying the benefits of the omelette. By cutting carbs and upping protein, it changes the game in terms of nutrition. Additionally, the omelette is infinitely quicker to make than a traditional pizza, making it a perfect option for busy mornings. And truly, the beauty of the pizza omelette lies in how customizable it is. You can go as traditional or as avant-garde as you'd like.
While a pizza omelette is often great on its own, pairing it with a Bacon, Grape and Broccoli Salad or a fresh Fruit Salad with Lemon Dressing and a cup of coffee can make the entire breakfast feel like a Sunday brunch out.
