    Zucchini Chips

    The versatility of zucchinis extends to their compatibility with a range of dietary needs. They're a staple in keto, paleo, and gluten-free diets, and zucchini chips offer a crispy, delicious solution to snack cravings that these populations often grapple with.

    What's a chip without a dip? Zucchini chips pair excellently with Guacamole, Cauliflower Hummus, and even a creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip. The marriage of the cool, creamy dip and the crunchy zucchini chip is a match made in snacking heaven.

    Ingredients

    Serves: 3 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 12-48 hours

    • 2 large zucchinis, cut into  Â½-inch slices
    • Sea salt to taste
    • Onion powder to taste

    How to Make Zucchini Chips

    Season the zucchini slices to taste with sea salt and onion powder.

    Place the slices on cooking racks set over baking sheets and place it in your oven.

    Set your oven to the lowest temperature possible and let the zucchini dry overnight or for a day or two, until completely dry.
